The "Il Rustico" apartment is located in Blevio, in the historic village of Cazzanore, just 5km from Como. Our guests will be able to relax in a typical accommodation with stone walls, wooden beams and a magnificent lake view, equipped with a jacuzzi tub and an exclusive and unique wine cellar. You can enjoy the beauty of Lake Como with walks between the lake and the mountains on the ancient Strada Regia, visit the splendid villas or admire the landscape on a boat or boat trip. The house, easily accessible, is located in the Cazzanore di Blevio hamlet and is just 200 meters from the bus stop and 2 km from the boat stop. It is possible to park for free just 50 meters from the apartment and reach it via the pedestrian street in the historic village. The holiday home is spread over three floors. At your entrance you will find a living room equipped with a 6-seater solid wood dining table, sofa, cellar with selection of Italian wines, gin and local beers (you will find the price list upon your arrival or after booking), fireplace, 43" TV with Prime Video and Disney+ subscription and two windows overlooking the lake. From the ground floor you enter the kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer, toilet, bidet and a very comfortable Jacuzzi hydromassage shower tub. On the first floor you will find the very spacious double bedroom with magnificent lake view and access to the sofa terrace where you can enjoy unforgettable relaxation. The semi-basement/tavern floor is a typical room of Lake Como called "crotto": an environment that remains naturally cool in summer and warm in winter. Here you will find a second TV, a double sofa bed with slatted base and a single bed. A room that can be transformed into a second bedroom or to relax in company. The apartment is located in the historic village of Cazzanore di Blevio. The village is located on the ancient Strada Regia and it is possible to take splendid walks without crossing roads or state roads.With just a 5' walk you can access the small Belvedere beach on Lake Como Arriving from Como in the direction of Bellagio after 5km you will reach the center of Blevio, you will find a series of narrow passages and on your right in succession, Piazza Roma, the Central Bar, the post office and the pharmacy. After passing the Pharmacy, continuing towards Bellagio on the main road, you will encounter a bottleneck and the road will descend slightly. Afterwards you will find yourself in front of a short straight road where, if you are traveling by bus, you will find your stop "Cazzanore - Meggianico". A few meters after the bus stop on your right, take an uphill road marked by a "Cazzanore - Meggianico" sign. Go all the way up the hill and, after a hairpin bend, you can park in the white lines reserved for non-resident tourists.At the end of the short climb, you will find on your left a pedestrian street with a sign indicating "Frazione Cazzanore - Strada Regia". Take the pedestrian street, after a few steps you will find the historic fountain on your right. After the fountain, continue down the alley in front of you for a few meters and at the top of 3 steps on your left you will have reached your destination. - The price does not include the tourist tax to be paid before check-out (€1.00 per day per person over 12 years of age); - To best pamper our guests we have created a truly exclusive cellar with a selection of Italian wines, gins and local beers.
